Why Ranges Counselling?

Our therapy approach is to work with clients over a short- to medium-term period (longer if necessary) to help them find the tools and methods that will enable them to set objectives, get closer to their aspirations, and lead satisfying lives. We will discuss your past experiences, what has and hasn’t worked for you, and then we will focus on what can be practical to you for the journey that lies ahead.

Ranges Counselling involves communicating in a secure and empathetic environment about any relationship troubles or obstacles you are facing. It can assist you in finding constructive strategies to tackle the circumstance.

We offer innovative counselling practices as we understand coming to a counselling office may be challenging for some. Our practices include eco therapy, outreach based and home based counselling.

Ranges counselling utilises integrative evidenced approaches; acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), schema therapy, dialectal behavioural therapy (DBT), Gottman Principles , Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT), Mindfulness CBT, Somatic Experiencing , Schema Therapy , Attachment therapy and Positive Psychology .
